Baku City Night Tour

Baku Boulevard (also known as National Park) is a promenade that was built in 1909 and runs parallel to the seafront of Baku. It is the second largest park in Europe after the park on the Seine River in Paris. The park is very popular among both tourists and Baku residents for walking and enjoying the beauty of the city and the sea.

Baku Eye – Baku Ferris Wheel, also known as Baku Eye and Devil’s Wheel (Azerbaijani: Sheytan Charkhi), is a Ferris wheel located on Baku Boulevard in the Seaside National Park of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The wheel was built by the Dutch Wheels Company. It was opened by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on March 10, 2014, and opened to the public two days later. The wheel is 60 meters (200 feet) high and has 30 indoor cabins that hold eight people each, except for two VIP cabins for four people. It makes a complete turn in 30–40 minutes. Ferris Wheel cabins are equipped with air conditioners. Small monitors are installed for the passengers to spend their time entertaining. The doors of the attraction are opened and closed centrally in order to ensure safety. At the same time, for this purpose, all cabinets are covered with transparent glass structures. There are special ladders for each cabin, which are designed to facilitate the evacuation of passengers in case of any malfunction in the attraction. “Devil’s Wheel” users have the opportunity to see Baku Bay, Flag Square, Crystal Hall, and the whole city.

Little Venice is one of the most beautiful corners of Seaside National Park in Baku. This small town within the city, reminiscent of Italy’s Venice, adds a special beauty to the capital of Azerbaijan with its amazing canals and architecture. Little Venice was built in the 1960s as part of Baku Boulevard and has become a favorite recreation spot for Baku residents and guests of the city.

You will get to know the nightlife of Nizami Street. You will walk to see the beauty of the central street of Baku, which is full of shops and nice restaurants. You will also be able to see the Fountain Square, filled with magical fountains. The car will take you back to Baku Boulevard through the Double Castle Door. Baku Boulevard is a small town built in 1960. The area has been expanded to 10,000 m².

You will be amazed by the night view of the baroque-style Government House built in 1952.

We will continue with the City of Lights-Baku Night Tour with Heydar Aliyev Center, a stunning modern building designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. At night, you take a beautiful photo with the “I LOVE BAKU” stent.

Heydar Mosque is the last place on the Baku night tour. The total area of the mosque is 12,000 square meters, and the internal area of the building is 4,200 square meters. The facade of the building is decorated with special stones based on Shirvan-Absheron’s architectural style. It has four 95-meter-high minarets. It has a main dome with a height of 55 m and a second dome with a height of 35 m. Verses from the Koran were written on the sides of the domes.
